AI-GAs refers to “AI-generating algorithms,” a research proposal for algorithms that automatically learn how to produce general AI via meta-learning architectures, meta-learning learning algorithms, and generated learning environments. I found evidence for the named target as a research concept/paper rather than a commercial software product.
