Codex++

Open-source tweak loader and local modification system for the OpenAI Codex desktop app. It patches a local Codex installation so a Codex++ loader and runtime run on startup, discovers local tweaks, adds a Codex++ settings section, provides CLI install/repair/update/debug tools, and can re-apply the patch after Codex updates.
