No standalone IBM public price is published for Granite 4.1. The model family is open source under Apache 2.0, so the model license itself is free; any deployment or infrastructure cost would be separate.
IBM’s official Granite 4.1 docs and release post describe Granite 4.1 as an Apache 2.0 open-source family spanning language, vision, speech, embedding, and guardian models. I did not find a Granite 4.1-specific public IBM price on the watsonx pricing page; IBM only publishes model pricing for other Granite entries there.
