HORIZON

HORIZON is a NVIDIA Research self-evolving agent framework for hardware design. It compiles a structured Markdown harness into a project pack with domain knowledge, an executable evaluator, an acceptance predicate, and git/runtime policy, then runs a hands-free agent loop that evolves an isolated git worktree and commits only when executable acceptance gates pass.
