The v3.5.0 release of PaddleOCR, an open-source OCR toolkit and document AI engine for turning PDFs and images into structured, LLM-ready data. It adds flexible inference backends, Office-document-to-Markdown conversion, DOCX export for parsed results, and the PaddleOCR.js browser inference SDK.
