Plannotator is a local, browser-based plan, document, HTML artifact, and code-review surface for AI coding agents. It plugs into agents such as Claude Code, Codex, Copilot CLI, Gemini CLI, OpenCode, Kiro, Droid, Amp, Pi, and VS Code so users can annotate plans and diffs, review changes, ask AI about reviewed content, and send structured feedback back to the agent.
