PromptAuthority-15 is an official BenchLocal Bench Pack: an installable benchmark package for evaluating LLM prompt-authority conflict handling across hard system rules, user instructions, soft defaults, and instructions embedded in tool data. Its repository includes scenario definitions, deterministic scoring logic, methodology, a BenchLocal adapter, and a CLI runner.
