QuixiCore CUDA

QuixiCore CUDA is the NVIDIA CUDA implementation/backend of the QuixiCore high-performance AI kernel library, implemented as native CUDA kernels for NVIDIA GPUs starting from Ampere and consistent with the QuixiCore kernel contract.
