Apple Container

Apple Container is Apple's open-source `container` command-line tool for creating and running Linux containers as lightweight virtual machines on Apple silicon Macs. It consumes and produces OCI-compatible container images and uses Apple's Containerization Swift package for low-level container, image, and process management.
