No public Carbon-specific numeric API/token rate found. The Carbon artifacts are published under Apache 2.0. If Carbon is deployed through Hugging Face Inference Endpoints, billing is for the selected endpoint hardware by the hour (actual calculation by the minute), not for Carbon tokens; the current examples include AWS T4 x1 at $0.50/hour, AWS L4 x1 at $0.80/hour, and AWS A100 x1 at $2.50/hour. Self-hosting costs depend on the user's infrastructure.
Hugging Face's official Carbon repository identifies Carbon as a family of causal language models, and the official model card/demo publish the weights and self-hosting instructions. No Carbon-specific token, request, or per-use price is published. Hugging Face's official hosted-deployment pricing is hardware-hour based, so it cannot be normalized to a Carbon per-token rate without deployment and workload assumptions.
