HORIZON

HORIZON is a self-evolving agent framework from NVIDIA Research for hardware design. It treats hardware design tasks as repository-level code evolution by compiling a Markdown harness into a project pack with domain knowledge, an executable evaluator, an acceptance predicate, and git/runtime policy, then running a hands-free agent loop over an isolated git worktree.
