Jules is Google Labs’ asynchronous autonomous AI coding agent. It connects to GitHub repositories, clones projects into cloud VMs, understands the codebase, develops plans with Gemini models, makes code changes, runs tests, and can open pull requests for tasks such as bug fixes, dependency updates, documentation, and feature work.
