offmute-v2 is an open-source meeting transcription and diarization tool from Southbridge that runs as an npx CLI, Node library, and browser-capable pipeline. It fuses ASR word-level timing with multimodal LLM transcription/diarization to produce timestamp-correct, speaker-identified transcripts in formats such as Markdown, SRT, HTML, TXT, and JSON.
