sessionmem is an open-source, local-first MCP server and CLI memory layer for AI coding assistants. It watches coding sessions, summarizes important decisions, warnings, and project facts, stores them locally in SQLite, and injects relevant memories at the start of later sessions for MCP-compatible hosts such as Claude Code, Cursor, Cline, Codex, and Windsurf.
