Slophammer

Slophammer is an open-source repository quality checker for agent-assisted software projects. It checks whether a project has guardrails such as agent instructions, CI, tests, strict typing, linting, coverage gates, duplication budgets, and reviewable structure, and can gate CI with stable exit codes.
