Camera-path sketches
The clearest new control in the evidence pool is camera motion by diagram. The attached image lays out a seven-shot path, including push-in, pull-back, rise, drop, orbit, follow, and fixed framing, then the clip shows Seedance 2.0 producing smooth movement from that plan.
That matters because the input is structural. Instead of describing movement in prose, the creator appears to hand the model a shot map with timing and trajectory baked in.

Two different posts point at the same pressure point, continuity across cuts. AIwithSynthia describes Smart Shot as turning one sentence into a full cinematic scene with consistent characters across multiple cuts, using GPT Image-2 with Seedance 2.0.
Artedeingenio's workflow is less abstract and more useful. The process starts with a Midjourney style reference, uses two character images as anchors, then builds a short story from three connected 15-second clips with Seedance 2.0's extend feature inside Mitte.
That gives creators at least three continuity handles in this stack:

- Keep the same couple's faces, age, hair, clothing, and relationship energy across shots
- Aim for handheld phone-video artifacts, including shake, blur, blown highlights, and focus mistakes
- Use montage editing cues like whip-pan transitions, flash transitions, and match cuts
- Ban common failure modes, including new people, fashion-model polish, text, watermarks, and over-smooth camera motion
The result is a workflow that fakes lived footage by combining structured image generation with tightly constrained animation prompts.
The assembly layer
A lot of the examples here are not raw model demos. They are assembled in products like Mitte, which Anima_Labs describes as a place to import or create images, edit them, build scenes, and animate them with advanced generation models.
That wrapper layer shows up across very different outputs: Anima_Labs' teenage-crush short goes for intimate narrative beats, while Artedeingenio's comic-noir clip pushes a graphic black-and-white style. Seedance 2.0 looks less like a standalone destination than an animation engine inside creator software.
The stack around Seedance
The last useful reveal is how casually creators are mixing tools around it. minchoi's stack post reduces one workflow to three layers: ChatGPT Images 2.0 for visuals, Seedance 2.0 for animation, and Suno 5.5 for music.
starks_arq's plane post pushes that even further into a production anecdote, claiming an entire short film made in flight with Starlink for wifi, GPT Image 2 for references, and Seedance 2.0 for video. That is a different kind of signal than a benchmark. It says the tool is already being treated like a fast middle step in a portable, modular creative pipeline.
