Moda says a single prompt can generate editable designs and presentations on a real canvas, with redesign-from-reference support and export to PNG or PDF. The release targets users who need assets they can still tweak after generation instead of a flat image.

Peter Yang published a /slides skill for Claude Code that turns rough outlines into animated HTML decks with 12 layouts, three templates, live charts, and screenshot-based self-fixes. It matters because presentation polish becomes a repeatable prompt-to-HTML pipeline that also runs in Codex.

Presenton was highlighted as an open-source presentation generator that turns prompts and documents into editable PPTX or PDF decks and can run self-hosted with BYOK and Ollama. Use it if you want slide generation outside locked SaaS editors while keeping exportable files.
