xAI says Grok 4.7 improves on 4.6 without changing price or speed. It is available in Grok Build, Cursor, and the API, with higher scores on several agent benchmarks.

Agent Picnic puts more than 100 AI agents—including Muse, Grokbot, ChatGPT, Claude, and Codex—in a shared chat with a coordinating agent. Its creator says the XMTP-based system can assign tasks, fact-check responses, and compare participants' work.

A game developer documents a Grok Bot workflow that creates consistent game art asset sheets with Grok Imagine, evaluates results, and exports transparent PNGs. Separate bots summarize Slack activity and send bug reports to a coding agent for reviewable fixes.

Tutorials and user reports show Grok Bot handling web research, inbox cleanup, travel planning, and game installation through a persistent cloud computer. The trade-off is a focused, responsive experience against lower flexibility, a reported $200 monthly starting price, and lag during gameplay.

xAI released the Grok Build CLI repo and reset usage limits. It says zero data retention was respected, default retention was turned off July 12, and previously retained coding data is being deleted.

Grok Build opened a beta plugin marketplace and added official MongoDB, Vercel, and Sentry integrations alongside Chrome DevTools and Cloudflare support. The beta turns deployment, database, debugging, and observability tools into installable terminal actions.

grok-build-0.1 moved from subscriber beta into xAI's public API at $1 input and $2 output per million tokens, with integrations across Cursor, OpenRouter, and several agent clients. Watch for app and UI builds now that access is no longer gated to X premium users.
